WHAT KIND OF SAMPLE IS REQUIRED?

A cheek swab is required for the test.

 

HOW IS MY PRIVACY PROTECTED?

Customer privacy is extremely important. All personnel are trained on HIPAA regulations and compliance, and follow these guidelines. However, you may share your results if desired and at your discretion.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY RESULTS?

Results are typically available within 2 business days after the lab receives all of the samples.
 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TEST RESULTS?

You will receive your secure test results through the e-mail address provided in your order.
 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY FOR AT-HOME KITS?

All sales are final and all services are nonrefundable.

HOW DO I COLLECT THE SAMPLES REQUIRED FOR THE TEST?

Step-by-step collection instructions are included with each type of test kit.

HOW QUICKLY DO I NEED TO MAIL MY SAMPLE AFTER I’VE COMPLETED THE COLLECTION?

We recommend that you ship your sample to the laboratory the same day or the day after you have collected your specimen for testing.

CAN I PICK UP MY HOME COLLECTION KIT ?

Yes, you can.  Simply call our office, and we will have your kit available.
